The last time this data was collected they cared for at least 134 men and 279 women in a one year period that received Medicare benefits. This number fluctuates with each new resident. My mom stayed in Plymouth Place for about a month. What stood out especially with this place was its cleanliness.
This place is rife with elder abuse and medical neglect. The people who work there are incompetent, untrained, irresponsible, and frankly, should not work in the healthcare industry in the first place. This facility should honestly be shut down based on my own family''s experience and some of the other experiences here in the reviews. Do not look into living here, having your family members stay here, or working here.

Our mother suffered a significant health issue requiring months of rehabilitation. When she was in acute rehab it became clear mom would need to move into an assisted living environment. When we found Plymouth Place there was no question where we wanted mom to live. Upon her arrival she immediately fell in love with the facility and more importantly the talented and empathetic team of professionals. To be honest, we think mom may be getting more social opportunities than when she was living on her own. I wish we could give Plymouth Place 10 stars.

Being at Plymouth Place she can remain in her own apartment, as her needs change, for the rest of her life. This means a great deal to her and to all of us in the family. The outreach and care of the Plymouth Place workers is sincere, meaningful, and helpful. Our family has been very happy that our parents made the decision to move here. The time I spent at this facility was short, but it will surely lead to future visits.
DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely terrible....if you are looking into senior living please look elsewhere. We placed my mother-in-law here a while back and the whole experience was just terrible. From only doing the bare minimum in terms of "assisted living" to rude staff, you are better off placing your loved ones in a a place that actually will care. One particular female employee whose name I will withhold, is particularly rude and acts as if you owe her money all the time.
We also thought it looked as though the staff could easily manage all of the residents, which is important to us. Our aunt has a tendency to wander off at times, so her safety is a concern for us. The exercise room was well equipped and offered classes regularly. The book selection, which is important to our aunt "“ was quite nice. Overall, the facility looked like a nice place to live for seniors and the staff was very accommodating. Making the move to Plymouth Place has been an excellent decision. It is a decision I made at 72 years old when I could enjoy the best of both worlds...my world before Plymouth Place, and my world at Plymouth Place.
We encourage you to leave one of your own if you are familiar with their services. We also recommend giving them a call to address any additional senior and nursing care questions you may have after reviewing their Nursing Home Site profile. In my opinion, facilities that are more interested in profits than health care should be dropped as Medicare providers. My parents bought here while the new residences were being built.

The nursing home unit is well staffed and generally well run, located on the third floor. The food is above average to excellent, as served in assisted living or nursing home care. Nursing home rooms are of average size, with both shared and private rooms available. Of course continuing care community residents have the first dibs on accessing nursing home care. I wanted to work here since I moved to Lagrange Park 10yrs ago. I have always worked in Memory Care, hospice and assisted senior living.
